General info
The festival grounds and cafes open 2 hours before the performance. Please arrive timely to the festival grounds and at least 15 minutes before the start of the program to the concert area. Late guests are only admitted to the hall during the first interval.
Pets are not allowed inside the hall.
DRESS CODE
The festival does not have an official dress code. Instead, please keep an eye on the weather conditions while picking out both clothing and shoes. The hall might get cold during the evenings.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
Taking photos and videos is prohibited during the performance. Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.
SUBTITLES
The operas are performed in original languages but subtitles both in Estonian and English will be shown on both sides of the stage.
ACCESSIBILITY WITH WHEELCHAIR
Kuressaare Castle opera hall offers wheelchair seats which are situated in the first price zone. If you wish to buy a wheelchair seat, please get in touch by writing pilet@concert.ee or calling us +372 528 8479.

Tickets
The programme of the festival can be consulted on the webpage where you can also buy the tickets for the festival:
- The fastest and most comfortable way of buying tickets is to consult the program and buy the tickets for the event on the main page of the website: to buy the ticket, use the button next to the event „BUY TICKETS“

Tickets can additionally be bought in the ticket boxes of Piletilevi and Eesti Kontsert (Estonia concert hall, Pärnu concert house, Vanemuise concert house and Jõhvi concert house).
A special ticket centre will be open during the festival, located in front of the museum of Kuressaare castle. The centre will be open Tue-Sat 1 PM until 8 PM and the first interval of the performance. On Sunday, the centre will be open from 12 PM until 2 PM.
The tickets to Midnight Lounge Opera Royal will also be sold before the event at the entrance to the Lounge.
NB! NB! Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the performance does not take place, the performer has changed or the conditions of use of the purchased ticket have changed significantly since the time of purchase.
